On January 18th, 2021, the Friends of Mifflin Square Park and SEAMAAC co-hosted a service day at Mifflin Square and Weinberg Park as part of the annual Martin Luther King Day of Service. Dozens of volunteers came out to give both parks a mid-winter cleaning and to re-stain and touch up the Super Seating in the south end of the park.
